Itinerary
Choose a budget-friendly way to visit Machu Picchu with our bus tour. The journey begins in Cusco and continues to Hydroelectric, a trip of approximately 6 hours in comfortable and safe Mercedes-Benz minibuses. After lunch, enjoy a hike of around 2 hours along the railway until you reach Aguas Calientes, where you will spend the night in a hostel.
The next day, you will head up to Machu Picchu to explore the impressive Inca citadel with an expert guide.

Wake-up time begins at 4:30 a.m. so you have enough time to hike up the steep trail to the Machu Picchu Sanctuary in approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes and enjoy the sunrise. Once there, you will have a private guided tour for about 2 hours.
After the tour, you will have free time to explore on your own until around 12:00 p.m., which is the recommended time to return to Hydroelectric in order to catch the bus back to Cusco.
We will arrive in Cusco at approximately 9:30 p.m.
